Marketing Manager
NEPA Wholesale is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role offers substantial ownership of the marketing function and requires a proactive leader who can turn business goals into effective campaigns, stronger customer relationships, and measurable revenue growth.
- Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33407; in person
- Employment type: Full-time
- Salary: $5,000–$5,500 per month
- Pay frequency: Monthly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

The Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives, sales priorities, and growth targets.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, competitive advantages, and opportunities to expand the business.
- Plan and manage integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including budgets, timelines, performance targets, and reporting.
- Oversee the company’s website, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and overall online presence.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all channels and business locations.
- Direct the creation of advertisements, sales materials, presentations, videos, and promotional content.
- Partner with the Sales Team to generate qualified leads, support new-business development, strengthen customer retention, and grow existing accounts.
- Establish and track marketing performance indicators, including lead generation, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Present results and recommendations to executive and management teams, using data to improve campaigns and guide budget decisions.
- Lead and support marketing team members, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and maintain high standards of work.
- Coordinate projects across departments and locations while managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in marketing management or a related leadership role, with demonstrated results supporting sales and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing budgets, multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, social media, and Microsoft Office.
- A practical, commercially focused approach and the ability to turn strategy into action.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
- The ability to reliably commute to the West Palm Beach, FL 33407 location.
