Job Summary:
NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Move and store products safely within the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently
- Experience with pallet jacks and/or forklifts
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Basic English communication for instructions and safety
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must follow all safety procedures and company policies
Additional Information
- Monthly pay schedule (No weekly or biweekly pay)
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
